FOLK SAINT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We really hope you love your new Folk Saint pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help make it right. Here’s how our returns and exchanges work.

 


 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. We’re unable to accept anything that’s been worn, washed, damaged, or altered. (This is solely up to our discretion.)

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to the same payment method you used. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to show on your account. We’ll send you an email as soon as it’s been processed so you know it’s on its way.

Please note:
There is an $8 restocking fee for refunds, which will be deducted from your total. If you choose store credit, there’s no fee at all. Your first exchange is free, and any additional exchanges will include the standard $8 return fee. While we do our best to make returns easy, please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable, and the flat rate shipping fee from your original order is also non-refundable.

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. In addition all merchandise with more than 15% off during promotions are final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items.

DOMESTIC (USA)

If you’d like to make a return, just send us a quick note at hello@folksaint.com to get started. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and simple instructions.

Once you have your label:

  1. Place your item(s) in the original packaging if possible.

  2. Attach the prepaid label to your package.

  3. Hand it to your USPS carrier, schedule a pick-up, or drop it off at any USPS location.

That’s it! Once your return arrives, our team will take care of the rest.

 


 

EXCHANGES

Because we make things in small quantities, we want to be sure we can reserve your requested item before you send yours back. Please email hello@folksaint.com with the size and color or print you’d like to exchange for. If it’s available, we’ll confirm your exchange and send you a prepaid label.

We offer one free exchange per order. Any additional exchanges will include an $8 return fee. Please be sure to use the label we provide so we can track your return. We aren’t able to refund lost packages sent with other carriers.

 


 

IN STORE RETURNS

We offer in store returns at our studio in Fairfax, CA without a restocking fee for online orders and in-store purchases.

In store purchases are eligible for return with a receipt within 14 days of purchase.

Online returns are eligible for a full refund in-store within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and your original order number is required for processing.

Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges in-store or online. All items must be returned unworn, and unwashed, and have the original tags on the garment. Our store team reserves the right to deny a return if these conditions are not met.

 


 

INTERNATIONAL

If you’re outside the U.S., you can still send items back using your preferred courier. While we can’t yet provide prepaid labels or cover international return shipping, the process is simple:

  1. Pack up your unwanted item(s) securely.

  2. Include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return.

  3. Ship to:

  4. On your commercial invoice, please mark your package as "9801 - US GOODS RETURNING".

Customs duties and taxes aren’t refundable through Folk Saint, but you may be able to recover them by contacting your local customs office. International orders aren’t charged U.S. taxes, but your country may apply its own duties and fees upon delivery. If a package is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, we won’t be able to refund the shipping or return costs.
