DOMESTIC (USA)
1. Contact hello@folksaint.com to inquire about your return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
2. Place your unwanted item(s) in the original packaging.
3. Put the prepaid label on the shipment.
4. Give the package to your USPS postman, schedule a USPS pick-up or drop it off at a USPS location near you.
EXCHANGES
Due to our limited quantities of products all exchanges must be approved by a Folk Saint team member. For exchanges, please contact us (hello@folksaint.com) to make a request. Please indicate the size and color/print requested and a Folk saint team member will get back to you if we have the item available.
*** Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your package.
We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
INTERNATIONAL
At the moment we aren’t able to issue return labels for international orders or cover the cost of return shipping. However you can send your return back to us directly using your preferred courier service.
1. Place your unwanted item(s) in a box.
2. Ship the package using any carrier. Please declare it as “9801 - US GOODS RETURNING” on your commercial invoice and and keep your tracking number for your records.

*** Please note: Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Folk Saint. You may be able to recover these funds by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
International orders will not be charged U.S taxes, however can and will be subject to duties and taxes once the item reaches your destination country. Local duties and taxes are beyond our control. Please contact your local shipping or customs office to find out what duties and taxes you may be charged. If a customer refuses to pay duties and taxes upon receipt and the item is refused, we will not refund shipping and return costs for the package.
